Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **IT Intern** to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment. The intern will assist with hardware and software support, system troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software
* Provide technical support to end-users (onsite and/or remote)
* Support IT team with maintenance of servers, networks, and security systems
* Monitor and respond to IT help desk tickets in a timely manner
* Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets
* Perform routine system backups and updates under supervision
* Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference
* Assist in deploying workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
* Participate in IT audits and compliance tasks
* Contribute to IT projects, including research, testing, and implementation of new tools

Requirements:
1. Education:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

2. Skills:
* Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), and networking
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common productivity tools
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

3. Preferred (Not Required):
* Experience with help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira Service Desk)
* Basic scripting or coding knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash)
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles
