Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated **Finance & Accounts Intern** to join our Finance team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates in accounting or finance to gain hands-on experience with financial operations, reporting, and compliance in a dynamic business environment, particularly within the IT/tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
* Support the preparation of invoices, bills, and financial statements
* Help with bank reconciliations and reviewing financial transactions
* Support month-end and year-end closing processes
* Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
* Perform data entry, filing, and administrative tasks in accounting software
* Help prepare reports for internal and external audits
* Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in budget tracking
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Procurement, HR) on finance-related matters

Requirements:
1. Education: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

2. Skills & Attributes:
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
* Willingness to learn and work in a collaborative team environment

3. Preferred (Not Required):
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP)
* Knowledge of tax basics, GST, or payroll is a plus
* Prior internship or academic project in finance or accounting
