Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious **Business Development Intern** to support our growth team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, partnership outreach, and sales strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in learning how businesses grow through strategic relationships and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and partnership opportunities
* Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM tools)
* Support outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social media
* Help maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data
* Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for clients and partners
* Analyze performance metrics to improve outreach and conversion strategies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to align growth efforts
* Attend internal meetings and occasionally support external calls or presentations
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:
1. Education: * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

2. Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent research and analytical abilities
* Confident, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online tools for business research

3. Preferred (Not Required):
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
* Prior internship or project experience in sales, business development, or marketing
* Understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes
